LMA | Lagos Maclean Abogados was present at the panel “From the four-party model to Open Finance”, in the framework of Evertec’s Innov8 Experience.
The panel addressed the main challenges in the implementation of the Fintech Law, the development of the Open Finance System and the role of the different sectors in its execution.
Our partner Tamara Oyarce participated as a panelist along with Alberto Naudon Dell’Oro, advisor to the Central Bank of Chile; Ivo Milkovic, leader of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) team in the region; and Pablo Huircapan Becerra, director of IT & Ops LATAM at Evertec.
During the panel, the opportunity that the new regulation represents to modernize the sector and boost financial inclusion, allowing the development of better products and services for people was highlighted.
